Estimates are an approximation of charges to you, and they are based on the anticipated details of the work to be done. It is possible for unexpected complications to cause some deviation from the estimate. If additional parts or labor are required you will be contacted immediately.

Installation Team will install Security Cameras and angles / views to the best of our recommendations. Client is responsable to approved this during the last day of the install. Changes after the install will incur in a service charge (minimun 2 hours) as required for transportation and labor.

Installation includes Cable installation, connection and configuration of the Camera product as recommended by vendor, and DVR / NVR configuration to the internet. Any special services outside this is not included, and requires proper approval.

Security Camera Cable (CAT6 or Siamese) will be used during installation. Any special cable such as UV / DB or Plenum will incur in additional charges.

Patch panels are tipically not used during CCTV installations. If required, this will incur in additional charges for parts and labor.

Credentials and or NVR installation wont be completed after proper full payment of the agreed service. Full Payment is required on the last day of installation. No Exceptions are to be made under any circumstances.

We are not responsable for data compromising or illegal access to DVR / NVR. It is highly recommended for client to secure their equipment as recommended after the installation.

Installations are final and modifications of cable and or any related product will incur in additional charges.

CCTV Vendor is the only responsable for Warranty of the product. We can provide assistance to replace any products under vendor warranty. This process will incur in a service charge (minimun 2 hours) as required for transportation and labor.

Client is responsable to learn from Vendor manual about how to operate product. We will recommend basic steps on how to use it but we do not provide training or operation guidenance of any equipment unless a service contract is signed.

Maintenance service plans are recommended for proper operations of the system. This is available upon request.

We are not responsable for damages to a construction site area during installation, as this involves other construction companies that may be involved for other construction related services.
